GeoTracks is a workforce attendance platform that makes clocking in honest, simple and verifiable. Built for distributed and on-site teams, it combines face verification and GPS geofencing so employees check in from the right place, as the right person — without paper registers, buddy-punching or guesswork.

What GeoTracks does

• Face check-in: employees verify their identity with an on-device face scan before clocking in or out.
• Geofenced locations: check-ins are only accepted within an assigned work site's radius, so attendance reflects real presence.
• Shifts & punctuality: shift schedules with a configurable grace window flag late arrivals and early departures automatically.
• Smart reminders & auto check-out: employees who haven't checked in are reminded, and sessions left open are closed automatically at the shift end.
• Time-off & approvals: request leave, route it to managers and admins, and track balances in one place.
• Reports & exports: managers and admins review timecards, breaks and worked hours, and export them to Excel.
