These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GeoTracks ("GeoTracks", "we", "us"), operated by Wan Buffer Services, including our mobile app and web dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use GeoTracks on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
1. The Service
GeoTracks provides face-verified, geofenced workforce attendance along with shift, time-off, notification and reporting features. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Employee and manager accounts are created and managed within an organisation by its administrators. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person or attempt to defeat face or location verification (for example, using photos, recordings or falsified GPS).
- Do not access data you are not authorised to access, disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully.
- Use the Service only for legitimate attendance and workforce-management purposes.
4. Biometric & location consent
Where face verification or geofenced check-in is enabled by your organisation, you consent to the capture and processing of your face template and check-in/out location as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account, after which verified check-in will be unavailable to you.
Offline use & background synchronisation
GeoTracks may store the actions you take while offline on your device and transmit them to our servers automatically when connectivity is restored, including via background processes when the app is not open. This only re-sends data you have already created; no additional location or biometric data is collected during background synchronisation. You are responsible for keeping your device functional and periodically connected so that queued attendance data can sync.
5. Subscriptions, billing & payments
Paid plans are purchased by an organisation (typically by its owner) on a subscription basis and billed through our payment provider, Razorpay, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices and plan terms are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
GeoTracks, including its software, design and content, is owned by Wan Buffer Services and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. Your organisation's data remains yours.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example cloud hosting, push-notification delivery and payment processing). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that verification will be perfectly accurate in all conditions (such as poor lighting or weak GPS signal).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoTracks and Wan Buffer Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
